yeah, how are you gonna get rid of those damn circles that used to be where the bars are? after you cut them.

Kinda do the same thing I did with the bumper I build...weld some caps into it, and grind it smooth

Thanks... and yes its rattle can. It tunred out great. Not blemish or dark spots. I still need to sand the clear coat with 2000 grit and polish it. But the clear coat came out good.

Trick to using rattle cans is to make long even sprays. A lot of people want to just go back and forth and move from spot to spot...that creats high spots, resulting in a bad finish. Start 4-6" in front of your start point, do one solid pass across the surface untill the end, and continue past it for another 4-6". That will give even coats!

Hope this helps or makes sense lol

Ryan - one thing to keep in mind, a GREAT clear will do you wonders. From a can, the best I have found is stuff called 2K Spray Max clear. It has an activator built in (you release it when you get ready to spray). It only has a 24 hour pot life, so you have to use the entire can at once. It runs about $20 for a can too...........

But...........its some GREAT looking ****! MUCH better than the Duplicolor clear (all 3-4 they make that I have tried!)
