Ok new guy here. Thanks for any and all help in advance. I have a 98 1500 4x4 with a 5.9. Was brought into our shop not running. It has me stumped. It is massively flooding itself out. Pull the pump relay and it'll sputter till the fuel burns off put it back and floods out. List of stuff known or replaced. Has 45-50 psi fuel pressure, compression was good (don't recall psi) timing was good, injectors pulsing. Replaced parts. Cap rotor, plugs, wires, dis pick up, ecm. Tried a new coil and scanner reads tps is function properly and temp sensor was accurate. When messing with it the other day i noticed the pump relay doesn't seem to shut off. Have swapped relay around.
