Fog lamps out

Just got my first used Ram and the fog lamps are not turning on. Is it common on these vehicles for them to go out and should I spend the time and money to repair/replace? It could also be the wiring, but it's cold in Minnesota right now and I don't wanna be outside diagnosing any longer than I have to. Worth it? Anyone got experience? Easy fix? Thanks dudes

Grab a multimeter and see if you have 12v going to the plug that goes into the light bulbs. Then you'll narrow down some things.

Make sure there's power getting to the connectors at each light. Start there first
