Fog light removal

2015 sport do I need to remove the bumper to get them out?
Also to open them up is backing them in the oven a viable option.

If the 15s are like my 14, then there are only 3 bolts that hold them on. Considering how everything else on the truck is a pain in the ass, I was really surprised to see how easy it was to remove the fog light assembly.
