This afternoon I swapped the chrome front bumper and all the plastics from my 2011 1500 ST with a chrome bumper and the plastic parts from a 2019 1500 classic. The new bumper came with fog lights and has the wiring harness. Does anyone know where the harness is supposed to plug into and if the plugs are the same between the model years?

I did have to replace the grill as well. The only modifications I had to make were to the internal plastics under the plastic upper bumper as the mounts are slightly different.

I'm looking at replacing my stock bumper with an aftermarket offroad bumper and considering most options are for the 13 and up I'm just making sure that if I also buy the grill for a 13 and up it will more or less bolt on

It will be. The mounting tabs and bolt holes are in the exact same spots.

Is there anything behind the grill that needs to be changed in order for the new grill to clip back on at the bottom

The bottom clips attach to the plastic upper bumper. But if you are planning on going aftermarket you would likely need to affix the bottom of the grill some other way.
