Found my problem with the halos

This is why I smelled burning plastic when I turned my headlights on.



I'm unconnecting them on both headlights before my truck gets burnt to the ground.

I disconnected the bad side..didn't look at the connection on the driver's side yet..but both halos work fine on that side so i'm sure it's not bad

you can buy "upgraded" plugs for most bulb types at the parts store. I have had that issue before back in the day and those helped

maybe i can splice the wires and rewire them

yep...gonna rewire them with my cousin sometime late next week and put in the new HID bulbs as well

I would get a new inverter if I were you...........

If they aren't under warranty, let me know - I think I have a couple spares here.
