I took mine off the 2016 Ram 1500 also
I no longer needed it, it sits on a rack in my garage still. less than 700 miles were ever put on it

I just got back from a 600 mile roadtrip and it is a trip I have taken many times, but the first since recently removing my air dam and replacing it with a cjc intercooler guard/deflector. Nothing scientific but my mpg was less this round trip but about 1mpg. again nothing scientific but drove the same route and same speed and have taken this trip many times in same or similar conditions. certainly not enough of a difference to make me what to remove the cjc and put the oem back on tho loll.
