So I had a mechanic friend do the joint replacement and he said the axle came right out and slid right back in just like other axle designs. He did mention that the passenger side axle on this design is easier than the older solid axle because the shaft is so much shorter so it’s easier to maneuver back into the seal and collar splines. CAD plate was never removed and I tested the 4x4 and it operates perfect.
