Just did the 5100's my self and I made a huge mistake that might help. I installed the lower spring mounts upside down. I did it on both sides so my truck was out of wack both ways but if you installed one upside down ant the other correct, it might give you one wheel sticking out more than the other look.

During the alignment you can adjust both upper and lower control arms. If say one side was adjusted in on upper and lower, they could get it straight, just the same as adjusting both upper and lower out. This can add almost a full inch of difference.

No adjustment on the upper

Wait, really. That’s right I would need aftermarket upper.

So now OP hasn't been here since Wednesday... still working on it, or... found his self-install problem and now won't 'fess up?

Likely a smoldering pole of steel. Gave up and torched it.

I’m gonna say it’s the left upper-lower delta flange

I'd bet it was his Johnson Rod that was out of whack...
It's ALWAYS the Johnson Rod when something unexplainable happens...

IF it isn't caused by an assembly/install blunder the cab body mounts could have been tightened with the cab front off center. If the left tire sticks out one inch and the tire on the other side is flush loosening the cab mounts and moving the cab 1/2" (ONE HALF INCH) to the right would center the cab.

I can’t believe that shocks could do that. Sucks hate it for you. I have 4 5100’s
But I have a 2500. Wish you luck.

Nothing a few 40 weight ball bearings can't fix though...
It's ALL ball bearings nowadays.
