Front end noise

when I’m driving at highway speeds around 100 - 110kmph I’m getting some noise coming from the front end. I got underneath my truck yesterday and noticed some play in the cv axles on the differential side. I haven’t ever had to do any work to the front end of any vehicle and am new to doing my own work. Looking for an opinion on what it could be.
