Ok guys here is the quick scoop on the truck from a suspension stand point.

2015 Crew Cab Sport 2wd 8speed Hemi

Maxtrac 7" lift installed at 28,000 miles.
Has the upgraded Bilstein shocks.

Truck now has 88,000 miles.

I've since added:

Maxtrac upper control arms at 80k miles.
Moog problem solver tie rod ends. 86k miles
Timken front hubs. 82k miles
Monday I have Moog problem solver lower ball joints being delivered that I will install.

Lastly I plan to upgrade to the power stop Z36 package with the red calipers because I'm still rocking the stock brakes :D

Rim is Moto Metal 970's -24mm offset. 20x10 size.
Tire is Nitto Ridge Grappler 37x12.5r20

My question to the readers are:

How many miles are on your lift?
What maintenance parts have you had to replace since?
Which brands do you prefer??

Once the lower ball joints are replaced my setup will drive brand new again. I'm excited because I've suffered driving on busted ball joints for long enough.

Is that just the Nature of our Ram 1500 ifs?
I get that parts wear out, but as long as the tires are properly balanced and the truck is aligned properly we should be good for a while... right?

101k and haven’t replaced anything in the suspension yet. Leveled with Bils @ 2.1” around 24k, 4” Superlift at 39k (so I guess that makes 62k on the lift).

Yes and no every situation will be different.

Once I started replacing parts I had to do all of it to be satisfied. Before I'm finished.

The reason it caught my attention is when I went for an alignment they told me the lower ball joints were toast which I knew. They wanted $600 to replace them.

For $128 I got both ball joints and the tools to install them. Then another $50 for the alignment. (They didn't charge me this last go around.) Can use that $400 I saved on other maintenance or performance parts :D

Well I have 6” FT lift on a 3” Daystar body lift running 37” AMP MT Attack.
I replaced uppers and the lowers come With my lift. All ball joints are replaced with moog. I blew through two left wheel bearings. Brakes and rotors all around (37” tires). Front struts replaced ( upgrading to Fox 2.0 coil overs soon). Outer tie rods where replaced with lift (had to change out the drivers side as boot got a hole). Have had a few alignments due to the changes in the front end.
I may have to check the balance of my front tires as I have some shaking at 90-110 or could be the 37” tires themselves.
I’ve had everything on over a year now.

Nice!

Yeah once the 37's went on all the stock parts pretty much went dead :banghead:.

Got my ass handed to me learning how to get ball joints in and out but since I figured it out in my own im good to go for future changes.

Truck drives amazing now. Better than I could expect with heavy tires

Here is a nice little shot of the joints :p

Uniball in the upper arm. Moog problem solvers in the lower and tie rod. Don't worry about the brake line. It was moved after that photo.
