I have an easy question: for a 2016 3500 if I remove the two lower bolts (8 mm ?) from the lower part of the front fender flares, will I have difficulty reinstalling the two bolts? In other words does fender flare move when two lower bolts are removed? I have read mud flap installation is easy but if the flares move then getting the bolts in could be trouble. The rear fenders have access to both sides of the fender. The fronts do not seem to have access on the engine side of the fender. Thanks for any help. BB

They are attached to the body with 3m tape, so I would think they would move very little, if at all…
