Front Seats Build

Searching the forum I was looking for someone that has attempted to build front seats from the frame up.
I am thinking about building me fully powered heated and cooled leather seats for my 19 1500 Classic Any thoughts?

What area is that? You might have some luck with LKQ online. They ship free to their yards within network.

My brother in law works at the lKQ jenkinsburg location and he can’t find any that’s in decent shape that’s worth it. That was my first stop

Sounds like you're on top of it. Does he have access to lookup parts at other yards? LKQ used to ship free yard to yard as long as they had a freight truck headed that way.

Yup we check a few but when the went to pull them they were either gone or damaged. But he is still looking for a good set of the build doesn’t work right. But I believe it will. Just pick up the frame with all connections for heat and cooled

Damaged might work if its just the covers. Those can be recovered.

One was hit on drivers side bent frame and crushed controls that had the best looking seats covers and cushions. Saw a few that had rolled over and seats was rusted on bottom from weather and I figured the module were bad as well from water damage. I will post some pictures of the frame and the progress I make as I try this out

Completed seat build. Removed manual basic seats and replaced with leather heated & cooled fully power with lumbar support Driver and passenger seats
