This is my first time posting. Had to replaced the driver side end link because it was stripped. My question is how to tighten the nut at the bottom of the end link that sits in the lower control arm? The 18mm ratchet just spins the link and I can’t hold the nut and use the 9mm ratchet on the stem(as I’ve seen on YouTube). Can’t figure out how to do it and I’m hoping someone knows. Thanks!!

Did you ever find a way to tighten?

If you look at the part of the link that sits on top of the lower control arm is it flat on one or both sides?

At the top, under the lower bushing is a 14mm spot to put a wrench on and use an 17mm or 18mm on top to tighten the bushings down to the proper torque. Torque specs are in the lifted forum.

Simarly at the bottom at the LCA there is also a place to secure it while torque-ring the lca nut
