Should I extend these? That definitely looks off to me. Installing my long tubes and noticed they look really stressed at full droop. May try using a piece of 1/2” plate at the bottom on the lower control arm to push the link up. Both sides look the same but I may need to tighten the driver side up some too.

I would get them closer to flat.

Looks like something to be desired on the down travel.

Not the same angle but you get the idea.

I'd loosen the swaybar to get it back to level then make your adjustments.

I understand that but it looks like they are binding real bad at max droop. I understand that that’s also why most people remove the sway bar for hardcore off-roading.

Do they make an aftermarket sway bar and end links for the front for big lifts like 8”?

He makes his own. I'm guessing it's a pita but he needs some motivation?

Unless you're autocrossing the truck,i'd pull the bar right off Khris, you probably won't even notice it gone. I don't run front swaybars on either the car or truck, and i can't tell they're missing on either vehicle, and i live not far from some wicked mountain corners, which i've been known to hot foot through, lol.

I’d probably be fine removing the front bar for most normal driving but Florida roads can be a nightmare and it’s not because of how bad the pavement is. You have moose, we have snowbirds and wreckless drivers. I may take it out at some point just to see but being lifted 3” may make sway more noticeable too

I would think front swaybar would be needed on lifted vs factory/lowered.
Especially if going 90 plus in slight curves......LoL

You guys got no animals on the roads compared to here, lol. It's back woods country up here Khris,we got bears/moose/elk/deer/coyotes/foxes let alone cows and horses on the roads here, lol. It's the mama grizzlies that get your attention though,we had a couple people just north of here attacked and killed by 2 differant female grizzlies in the last couple weeks

How does the front end behave on uneven roads/potholes without the front swaybar? More planted I would assume?

My tires/suspension setup make my front end feel like it's floating at times. I'm at the same place as op, have been thinking about longer links.

When I put the front links on mine it makes a significant difference turning at speed. As funny as it sounds @Wild one said you can basically autocross a lifted truck with them on. Pretty much what I do with mine :Big Laugh:

Only way to find out is remove one endlink ,and go for a drive. You guys are just speculating, for the amount of time it takes to unbolt 1 endlink, one of you should check it out.

I will unbolt my front if you unbolt your rear......LoL

Really though mine has 4-inch lift with 35" tires & it does not feel like I have good control at high speeds in the curves without the maxlinks........feels like rear is pushing front....like the roundee round cars that suspension setup is off......but no I didn't try them off.

Rear just plants the tires at the dragstrip better, helps control axle lift on the passenger side, lol

Lol. Next time I’m at the in laws I’ll pull the front bar off and go down the dirt road at speed. They are next to a dirt road leading to a WMA that is about 2 miles of whoops. That’s where I jumped my truck doing 50 through a washout after the rain.
