Fuel filter 2500 6.7

Is it absolutely necessary to change the fuel filters according to gage? It just seems to frequent, my gage is at 20% and only 12,050 miles.

It's your truck proceed as you wish but I don't think changing them every 15,000 miles is too frequent. Could it go further? Probably but why risk having an issue.
