I apologize if this is in the wrong spot, or if this has been covered and just can’t find it but, I have a 2015 1500 with the 5.7, it started showing signs of fuel pump issues, I replaced the fuel pump and it ran fine for about a week and then started having intermittent starting problems, so thinking pump relay, well if y’all know about what a TIPM is, that not as simple to replace as it used to be, so I replaced the entire TIPM and no start, so another fuel pump, and ran great for 8 starts, so now I have a new TIPM, new pump, and no start, truck cranks over just fine just no fire, I’m so close to telling the bank to come get it and go out to find an 80’s or older model, at least those you can fix

Did you buy a new TIPM or used one? Also did you check wiring from front to rear of the truck for bad wires? Also have you had someone with a good scanner scan it? Not your cheap autozone type.

also keep your old tipm its not that hard to re solder in a new relay good spare.

Yes we all know what tipm is, that's what my wife says when the waiter brings me the ckeck....:D

Serously though sounds like there is an intermittent connection at the fuel pump. Try moving the pump harness around. If you can get to the connector, disconnect then reconnect to see if it'll start.

I ordered a new tIPM from mopar programmed to my VIN, and I’m trying not to have a tow bill or I have a shop in town that will scan your vehicle and diagnose issues for free, and all wireing is in great condition and messing with the plug has no effect on the outcome

Go to Youtube and type in 'Ram fuel pressure regulator' ...or key words along those lines. There are some good videos. See if your symptoms line up with what other's have experienced. If you have a way to check fuel press that would be real helpful.

I FOUND THE ISSUE, it was the fuel pump control module, and when it went out melted part of the plug, she’s running like a champ now, sooooo happy to have my baby back
