fuel mileage

we Just got our 2019 1500 classic with 5.7 Ltr Hemi 3:92 rear gear 2 1/2 months ago and have really only drivin it in city with some hwy driving and been averiging 17 to 18 ltrs per 100 Km!
left on friday for a 1800 Km trip road trip from Hamilton to Nova Scotia ! filled up friday before we hit the road drove at 110to 115 Km hr on cruise
got to other side of Montreal Qc filled up took 87ltrs drove 875 Km on that tank of gas ! avrg 10.5 Ltrs per 100Km !
i thought that is great mileage ! oh MDS is still active truck is fully stock no mods!
today drove 630 on 1/2 tank very happy with it so far !
question is is this pretty average for these ?

If I figured right is that around 14mpg? I have the same and I get a steady 16.5 mpg 90 percent of driving is hwy at 75mph
