Hi all,

I'm willing to have a 3.5" to 4" lift on my 2012 1500 RAM. Can I know what's the difference between a leveling kit and a full lift kit?

A level is simply a spacer installed above the front springs. Is meant to get rid of the rake (the front lean trucks come out of the factory with). It also provides a little more space to swap the factory tires out for larger ones. I think you're limited to 3" lift there.
A suspension (long and short arm) lift lifts the truck at the suspension with extra parts.
A body lift lifts the body of the truck. I think I got that right...

Yep Frank is right on. Price wise your looking at $150-200 for leveling, $300ish for body lift, and suspension I don't really know but I think $1,000+

Leveling you could either get a spacer or Bilsteins (shocks) which will get you a different ride from stock. Body lifts come in 1.25" or 3" and won't change the ride at all.
