Not a fumoto specifically. I’ve got a stainless ball valve to drain my oil. Summit racing. Matched with my filter relocate makes maintenance a breeze.

It’s been 2 years since I installed it so I do not remember what the thread size was but the valve is same exact as a fumoto just cheaper

Been using Fumoto valves on my vehicles for years. Best DIY oil change system going.

Previously used an oil extraction pump, but the valve is so much easier.

Buy the little plastic lever lock for peace of mind.

F106 (14mm-1.5) for both Hemi and V-6.

Mine is going on this weekend. It came with the plastic lock. I bought the valve with the hose nipple output so I can cram a hose on it & drain right into a container. Then I'll put a short piece of plugged hose on for peace of mind.

Drain plug is magnetic, you’re going to allow your cam/roller slivers to cycle through the engine...

I checked mine before switching to Fumoto. The stock plug is not magnetic on 2015's. It's great being able to flip the valve with only crawling under the front (and change filter) rather than having to jack up some to get under the runners from the side.

The stock plug on my 2014 is not magnetic either. I checked it when I installed the Fumoto valve last year.

I have a fumoto valve on my ram since first oil change (2016). Have one on my wife’s Subaru for about 5 yrs. Had one on my old F150 as well. Have used my truck off roading and never had an issue.

Same here, even the same vehicles!
Just took the one on the RAM off because it leaked ever since I put it on. Not bad, but you can tell where I park it at home.
Changed the oil, took it off, noticed the blue washer was broken. So it's my assumption I tightened the valve too much and broke it when I installed it. Never had an issue on all the other vehicles I have put it on.
Need to order a new washer for it and re-install it next oil change.
