These came in today. Now if my trans was doing good then it would be great. I'm going to go sometime in the next few days to test them out. If I run a 12.10 & a 13.10 I think I will be tickled to death at this point. I need to find me 2 durango rims to put them on & I need to do that fast. Enjoy. Doubt yall care at this point but hey I'm posting it anyway lol

Big thanks to Bob & Shelby. Moes & nobody else....period!!

If you were closer to me I would have some 17" off road rims. I have a buddy that is selling a set of 4, but LA is a long way from PA

I love my dr's I drive everywhere on them now but I wanted more. I was going to drive only from the house to the track then back to the house but after being able to push the sidewall in & out very easily there is no way I will drive on them

I have 2 plans to choose from:

A) my buddy has a trailer he is going to let me use for as long as I want so i may keep the truck on the trailer w/ the hoosiers & pull it to the track w/ Pop's dually

B) find a few more durango rims & run my 275/60's I have all the way around for normal street use(sell the 20's in the meantime, 17's full time) & just switch the rears at the track & chain them up. I like the way the truck looks w/ the 275/60's anyway

I can sell my current 255/50 front runners to Jordan. So all in all I will have a full set of durango 17's for street use, dont use a skinny on the track anymore, 2 for my dr's & 2 for my hoosiers

At the end of the day the 20's wont go back on the truck. Just not into 20" rims anymore. I think a durango 17 w/ a 275/60 tire looks much better & still gives it a sporty look. I still need to get a red sport bumper

I had a set of Durango wheels that look like yours, but they were 18". Decided to run the 20's. Man our truck's appearance is similar. What is the tire size for the slicks?

Yea i used to have a painted front bumper & stock 20's like yours. Maybe the sport bumper will find its way on the truck 1 of these days.

The slicks are 28x10x17.

Well i couldnt wait on finding more aluminum rims & had the hoosiers put on my old orginal chrome 17's. They cleaned up good for not being on the truck in a few yrs. I was going to get a whole set of aluminum rims for my old 275/60's but now from looking at the chrome rims on the truck w/ the drop i might put the tires on them & put my hoosiers on the aluminum rims.

The hoosiers on the chrome rims are only 5 more lbs than the dr's on the aluminum rims. The hoosiers are light.

I plan on going to the track sunday. The weather is going to be great. Its a t&t from 10 til 5 so i will have all day to play w/ the truck. I plan on running on them n/a at 1st to get used to them then make some 125 shot passes & depending on how that works out i might make some 150 shot passes. Changing the tires at the track are going to suck but oh well, atleast its just the back 2. I will be doing everything except the track intake.
