Fuse for Surge break release

2011 ram 1500. I want to check fuse for the one that helps bypass the surge breaks when in reverse on my boat trailer. But don't know which one it is.

Set the parking brake, start the truck and put it in reverse. Check for voltage with a meter. The fuse could be good but there have been people reporting bad wiring connections to the rear.
If you have to replace trailer surge brakes, buy free-backing surge brakes, then you don't need the reverse lock out.
