I have a 13 Ram 1500 2 wheel drive 5.7 w/6.5 ft bed. I like the coils & 4 link in the rear (diff. from my 08). Did they upgrade/the same/or get worse with the rear differential? I am putting 800+ HP in. Before I do looking at trans upgrade, but not sure if I need to look at more than gears in the rear.

IMHO With that much hp probably a 9" would be the most reliable. Gear ratio would depend on the trans you put in and the usage.

9", Dana 60, or 14 Bolt.

9" is nice because it is a 3rd member so you can swap gears between track and street with an extra 3rd.
