What are my options at making my 6 inch BDS coilover lift about 2 inches higher?

Body lift. I also did a 6 inch BDS and a 3 inch body lift

I will end up with a body lift eventually since I only have a 2wd ... I heard you can actually use the front crossmember from a RC lift kit to give you a couple extra inches using a spacer or longer coils and shocks up front .... I am waiting to see if that person got it to work ... but if that is true I will have to be looking for a crossmember to do this to my truck ...

I have contacted pro-comp, bds, McGaughy's, bulletproof, just about every lift kit company to see if they would sell me a cross member alone and no one has responded back lol ....

Not what I was hoping to hear. Any pics? How was the install? Any change in handling? How about the bumpers etc lining up and what brand did you use or recommend?

Install wasn't bad. Took my time cleaned as I went along. Painted the frame with KBS paint products. Replaced alot of parts because I didn't want to install used parts back on. If you go into Boss's website look up the kit for your truck. Then look at the installation instructions and at the back of the page I believe it gives you a break down on all the parts. Not replacing Fox coilovers w Bilsteins.

ill start off by say @JB1 and I have both been in the 8-9” range and both have lowered back down. I went with the bds 2.5 coil overs which they will go to 7” I’m assuming you opted for the 5” rear coil springs if so you can do TGC 1.5” spacer to level you back out.
I own a suspension shop and recommend shying away from body lifts. Plenty of guys have them and will recommend them but I have seen first hand what they can potentially ruin.
More height seems worth it but gets old fast (you start to miss the comfort) JB1 can chime in here too as he lowered down our trucks love to sit right at 5-5 1/2”

How do I raise it to 7" on the front? Any ride difference?
