Beautiful ride! How tough was that flag decal to install? I have been on the fence on that exact one for a while, and keep telling myself getting it on straight with no bubbles must be impossible. After seeing yours, I think I have to have one.

I paid my local window tint shop 20 bucks to do it lol. I know myself and it would more than likely end up as a ball of trash on the ground haha. They used a spray bottle with soapy water to help

Looks great brother. That's why I love this forum....you don't really need to experiment because someone will in all likelihood have the set-up you want and will be just dying to fill you in on the specs.

Looks great!! And perfect stance.
For some reason this 4 inch lift set up , looks like most 6 inch lifts. I’ve been tossing the idea between the 4 inch, and 6 inch lift, now I’m thinking I should go with the 4 inch, I have 34 in tires.

Did you do any before measurements? And I’m asking for my own knowledge. In my mind everything is level, upper control arm and cv axle with the 4 inch lift. And if you throw the 2 inch lift with the bilsteins, wouldn’t the arms and axles by slightly down? I may be wrong. I’m just trying to plan out a lift and your truck looks amazing.

It's because it is basically a 6. 4 inch but with the bilsteins adjusted to 2 inches adds additional lift.

If i remember it was about 38.5 or 39, and now the front sits around 44.5. When I was planning it out and looking at other rides with the same setup the angles varried as well since different trucks tend to sit and settle differently. If I remember right too, the top spacer on the zone lift is angled so that might help the arms sit like they should as well, even with the additional preload with the bilsteins

@FLYxxBOY have you noticed any settling with the 6112? I have a zone 6” with 5” rear coils and 5100s at 2.1 and will be swapping to the 6112 shortly. Debating where I would like to set them. It’s looking like it will be 2.6 with how perfect yours sits!

Thanks for everyone that gave me advise and helped me out, especially JB1 and Nick from gotexhaust. As I said it's the Zone 4 inch lift with the 3 inch coil options for the rear plus 1 inch rear spacer. Bilstein 6112s up front set at notch 6 (about 2 inches) with the Zone upper control arms. The CV angles are almost flat and the balljoint angles are great. The wheels are Motiv Magnus 20x10 -25 offset, wrapped in Cooper Discoverer STT pros 35x12.5. Front height to middle of wheel well is 44.5 inches both sides, and 45 both sides in the rear which was perfect since I wanted a smidge of rake.

That's a nice looking front lift!! Looks good and fully functional!

What are the plans on the rear axle? I see some red lower link bars there.

Excellent setup as well. Digging the offroad bumper and head light upgrade.

Damn nice truck! What size tires you running? And not much at all, maybe a quarter inch I'd say. It's always fluctuating with fuel and I can't remember what the fuel level was when I did my initial measurement. They are much beefier than stock you will love em

I've got that all done, powdercoated the hellwig swaybar, got cores panhard bar and upper and lower control arms. Swapping the hellwig endlinks for zones since I like greasable stuff 20201009_180143.jpg

@FLYxxBOY I’m running 37x13.50s. There is also a Zone 1.5 body lift hiding in there as well haha

Love it, looks like a monster. And that makes sense, it looks taller/beefier than mine for sure. I debated doing a gear swap to run 37s (only have 3.21s now and it hunts enough with the 35s) but in all likelihood I'll step-up to a 2500 in a couple years anyway. Just wanted something fun to drive around now

@FLYxxBOY i know the feeling, that’s why I have both. Paid my 1500 off and got a 2500 now to drive as a daily.

Your truck a 6 or 8 speed? I have 3.92s with a 6 and it does search for gears sometimes. However headers and a tune helped immensely for turning the big rubbers

Any tips on that driveshaft blackout? That's about the only thing I haven't touched.

My setup needs some love. Clean up, unbolt, grease and retorque. Half days worth of work.

@Freed127 it's an 8. I'm tuned by Jay and have some headers from arh on the way so who knows maybe I will do 37s eventually, I'm never satisfied lol. The 2500 looks sharp!

@RedSRT4Me damn truck looks good! I think this is a sign I need to do a regear and 37s eventually lol. And once a year I go all over the underbody, wash and dry it really well, wire brush off any rust I find, and then paint it with rustoleum flat black paint. You can quickly wipe off if you overspray, but it keeps things looking great. This past October I didn't find any new rust (I live in Ohio where we get salty roads) so it definitely helps. This pic was right after it was painted, and it holds up through the weather and playing around in the woods great
