My bride is requesting an overhead grab bar in addition to the stock pillar handle. Has anyone done this already?

Like so many questions, a thread exists. Outside of the velcro strap on ones meant for temp offroad use I don't think a permanent mount on is feasible. If none of these work, not sure.

Adding Overhead Gab Bar/Handles?
2020 RAM1500DT: Can I install a passenger side, overhead gab handle? Is that even possible? And if so, where would I find a “kit”? Reason I ask: Wife’s arthritis is acting up and reaching for the window frame B pillar gab handle can be painful. Thanks all.
