Hi folks. I'm Briz, from Norfolk UK. I build custom motorcycle frames.
After some time looking for one, I bought a 1995 Ram 1500 single cab longbed last week.
This is fairly rare here; many more shortbeds and crewcabs.
I got it cheap as the (manual) transmission is missing! I may get the remains of it back at some stage, the seller described it as 'totally f***ed'
Gonna be asking some questions about transmissions here. Whole subject seems to be a minefield to this newbie!.

Welcome you might be able to get a rebuilt trans from here and have it shipped but you'll have to pay vat, and other taxes I imagine. Oh and FYI the 5.2 liter and 3.9 liter are very close just the bigger brother has 2 more cylinders and 20 more horses in the 94 year

Thanks guys. I'd have prefered to have bought a 5.2 version, but as I say, rare beasts here. Been a few 5.2 & 5.9 engines on ebay here, but they've all been 4x4s.
