Hi I thought I would share. My 5.9 started acting up and getting a no start or start then stall. With no where to get a diagnosis done where I live and 400000 on the engine I opted for a pump. I changed it out and it started right up and all was well. After a few days it started some other issues. Stop when light were turned on. The idle wasn’t the best, with a slight stumble. I had a check engine light as well. Anyway cut 2-3 inches of wire from the cluster of grounds under the drivers battery and a new lug. Started up, no stumble, CEL ran perfect. So if you are having pump issues check this first as it does effect the VP44
