MAY NOT HIT YOUR BUILD DATE YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE THE DEALER LAST 8 OF VIN TO SEE IF COMES UP COVERED OR NOT BUT ITS TSB ARE FOR YEARS 2018 TO 2020

Just went to dealer and this was an item on my list. 71k on the clock, dealer says its their discretion to perform the fix; TSB is just a service bulletin for the techs.

Wanted ~$1100. Ill just keep partially inserting it and swap the tank myself if I ever absolutely have to.

You could try to open Star case directly with Ram. They might cover it or some of the it.

have replace 5 fuel tanks for this issue and this TSB i followed through dealership and have yet to have a come back

gas tank breather or canister secondary fuel line problems

I have a 2019 and went through this issue recently. Valve on the tank was defective. Dealer replaced the tank. It was under warranty. So far no issues filling the tank. Quite refreshing to fill the tank without all the clicking.

Dealer said they get quite a few trucks with this issue.
