I currently have the Mopar "tri-fold" tonneau cover (link to cover) which has 4 sections, 3 of which fold and the fore most section remains in place. The front wheel on my bike doesn't fit underneath the last section of the cover so I have to remove the cover to haul my bike. That last section is held together with clamps and it's a pain in the ass to remove and install.

Are there similar tonneau covers that can be easily removed without tools?

I have the same cover. Motorcycle or bicycle? If bicycle, couple possible solutions. Put the bike in backwards that way the rear tire goes under the front panel. Option 2, hitch based bike carrier (whole lot cheaper than a new cover!).

It’s for a motorcycle, the front tire sadly doesn’t fit under the panel and the fairings interfere with it as well. :(

I do indeed have a tailgate pad and a 1UP hitch rack for the bicycle, which work perfectly for that application as you mentioned. Just need to figure out what to do with the moto.

Truxedo Sentry. It's a hard rollup cover. You only have to unlock and slide a couple of brackets open to remove it. No tools involved. I do it pretty often for carrying our ATV or dirt bikes. I've had mine for a couple of years and it still looks and performs like new. Another nice thing is it does not block your entire rear window when folded up like the trifolds do.

I like my hard roll up from truxedo. 2 clips at the cab side and it comes off. I’ve removed it once so I could load up some furniture but otherwise it ticks pretty tight to the cab.

Ya Know, you can go to Tractor Supply and buy a trailer ( 5x8 mess utility ) for less than so of those hard fold covers $1200. And use it for many other purchases. Just checked actual 1199.99. But that is only one of many retailers that sell light duty trailers. Lowes, Home Depot, Heck Harbor freight has one 4x8 You add a deck to it, capacity 1200 lbs. for $500

As long as he has a light 2 wheeler, he be good. I got a 2,200 lb Trike, not work for me, I have a Stock 14' trailer I use if I haver to take my Trike somewhere and leave.

I really looked at specialty trailers for Trike, but now U talking specialty enclosed for like $5,500, argh. Pulling a trike on a flat open makes for Monster Sail, lol.

What he said/ Got one myself.
First time I;ve ever owned a truck without a Topper but the boy talked me into a tonneau cover.
Came down between the Truxedo SentryCT or the Bakflip X4S and salesman took me out, showed me his truck with teh Bakflip, showed me why he recommended the Truxedo and that convinced me.
All of them will eventually come out of alignment because the box sides themselves will come slightly out of alignment.
The Truxedo iss the easiest to set right, out of all of them.
Like the Saleman said, he really don't give a crap if his comes out of alignment. he can have one of his guys fix it, for free.

Me, I got to do it myself or pay someone.
