Harman Kardon equalizer settings?

My system sounds off as well. i took it in because even at -2 on bass, at decent levels, the bass vibrates everything in the truck. The alpine in my Wrangler sounds way better...it has cleaner bass.

When I listen to the door speakers, there is barely any volume out of them, and its not clean either.

I just sent the SB to my dealership, but it was just in and they did a few updates to the transmission, so i would have thought the Amp update would have come up?

Follow up on my previous post above:
I had the update as listed in the service bulletin that Siff posted. It helped the base response quite alot. I now have my settings at Bass=0, Mid=0 amd Treble= -3 [the system is still a little bright for my liking].
I am satisfied with the system now.
