had a vicious bang pop downshift on the interstate today accelerating, it was either 8 to 5 or 7 to 5 doing 70ish, violent bang pop when I needed to accelerate in a pinch, shuttering the truck, any clue? It hasn’t happened in a long time, maybe twice before a long time ago, as I usually don’t hit it like that, wasn’t in MDS either per usual, all temperatures looked fine after and before, 2016 36k 8hp70 5.7. afterward she kept running smooth, tentatively tried some downshifts at interstate speed and got a few slight bang shifts from 8-6 but didn’t push it as I was a long way from home. Under normal driving conditions it was the normal buttery shifting pattern
