The secrets out, Ram is the way to go. Pretty impressive jump up from last years sales.

I think the rebates on the rams were way better in September. I wasn't even looking to buy a truck and I now own a 16 laramie 1500. Between rebate and dealer discount I got 30% off msrp. Before I signed I checked other chevy and ford dealers and they were much more expensive so I think that may have played into it. Although I will say the ram is quite a bit nicer all around than my 2013 f150 lariat.

Wasn't RAM accused earlier this year of playing accounting games with their "sales" figures on RAM's?

Give up Honda and Nissan! LOL

more "interesting" is that the Ridgeline outsold the Titan. So if it looks like a truck it can actually outsell a truck

Ridgeline catches a lot of **** but the truth is Honda is not marketing it to the same type of people that would need a full size truck.

Way some people ***** about it, you would think a Ridgeline broke in their house, drank all their beer and got the family dog knocked up on the way out.

For the most part, people buying Ridgelines were never in the realm of needing a full size pickup. It's a suburbanites vehicle.

One of the guys in my deer hunting crew has a ridgeline. We tossed 5 dead deer in the back of it, blood everywhere, thing was sitting on the suspension stops lol he was pissed when he got caught up with us :roflsquared:

They have been advertising around here that they are the best selling trucks. I'm not surprised. They are everywhere here.

From waaaaaaaaaaay out in left field.......

Don't. If you have no misfires your coils are fine. They're not a regular maintenance part. Only replace when they fail.

look at the Colorado, and Tacoma sales. Fiat should be rethinking dropping the Dakota.

I'd agree with this statement. The ridgeline wasn't available when we were looking, so ended up with a Tacoma for the wife. I think she prefers the smaller size of the Tacoma anyway.

I'd imagine there's a certain degree of overlap of the 1/2 ton truck market and the ridgeline. Small but a certain degree.
