Look under dashboard, floorboard, left side, above where your left foot sits, there are (3) white plugs part of the wiring harness. Make sure they are all seated and plugged in properly. You could also pull battery cables for like 20 minutes then reattach and attempt a reboot (last resort).

This thread looked helpful although your truck is only a couple years old a battery can go bad for different reasons.

YUP, forgot the obvious. BAD BATTERY absolutely ***** your system. OP, if U have the E-torque, there are actually 2 batteries in your vehicle. A 12 Volt under the hood, and 48 Volt I think magnesium pack behind rear seat for the "E" part of the system. The E generator has some type of converter that is supposed to keep the 12V charged and the system also charges the 48 Volt. There is a real possibility that something has gone wrong with the system, and something is not getting charged correctly. You gonna have to make a dealership run after you verify all cables are OK on floorboard plugs, 12V battery clamps tight, etc. Could be a monster amount of reasons for Comm failures between modules in the engine bay, just a saying. You might get lucky with Internet Guessnosis, but you really have to get it into a dealer and all scanned, especially all the 48V stuff and the modules.

OP, if U do not have E Torque, just straight 12V, 1st thing be battery to have checked and load tested, and check all connections like under dash by left foot, on battery, grounds, belt etc.,.

All my vehicles and power equipment - I figure on replacing batteries every 4 years. Had to replace my 2020 Ram 1500 12 volt battery this past summer. And I try buying good quality ones!
