HeadLight Assembly

Greetings All,
I am hoping that someone out here can help. I was trying to replace my Highbean bulb, and in the process I broke the screw-on cap that seals the headlight assembly.

Does anyone know if that part can be ordered separately? i called a local RAM dealer and the parts guy, said that i would have to buy the entire headlight assembly!!

i own a 2012 RAM 1500 BigHorn, and i have the Quad Headlights.


Any help is greatly appreciated!!

He is correct. They don't have a specific part number for that piece of the assembly.

Maybe you can fashion a small plastic piece to replace it or find a truck in a local auto recycler's yard and get the part there.

I'm betting your best bet it just go to a junkyard and grab another dustcap. Sure you could find one off a busted headlight
