I can tell you guys one thing. Going from H11 to H9 makes a HUGE difference.... and it's cheap (which I like). Trust me, the pictures and videos you see online do not do it justice. You wouldn't think a 10 watt increase would be such a big deal... but WOW!!!

I use the Opt-7 in my Road King and it's a huge improvement.
The Sylvania bulbs suck in comparison. Not worth considering imo.
