Headlight question

I have a 2010 big horn with the "quad" lights. Well I cracked one and wanted to replace it but all the oem replacements I've found were ridiculously priced. So I started looking on amazon and eBay for some cheap ones. I found a bunch for the "dual" headlights but in the description they say something like "quad headlights require h13 bulbs".

Can someone please explain to me if I can use those headlights and just replace bulb with the wiring harness I have now? It might be a stupid question and I'm thinking I probably can use them but I wanted to make sure before I order them and wait a week for them to come in
