Got a 2013 ram 1500 with refelctor headlights. I can barley see anything at night with them. I got 300-500 bucks that Ide be willing to spend on some new ones . I am looking for suggestion on what to do to improve my light output. Not really wanting to mount a light bar to my roof. Looking for something easy to plug and play if possible. Thanks in advance

Get some TYC replica projectors with a drop in HID kit. May be slightly over your budget but I think anyone on here would tell you it would be worth it!

Maybe check out Putco Ion spark replacement bulbs for your truck. I ran them in my ram for a while before I got my aftermarket headlights. I believe it ran me about $100 bux to replace all of the lights up front including the fogs, it made a huge difference. As close to HID's as you can get without actually being. Plug and play.

if you would rather new lights then check out Ebay for options but be prepared to do a little sealing of the lenses before installing them as they are known to condensate. I got mine off of ebay and resealed them myself, 4 plus years later still not a single issue..
