Heat only on floor

New to the forum and to Rams. I have a 2013 Ram 1500. The heat only blows on the floor at times and nowhere else when I switch modes on dash panel. I heard to remove positive lead for 15 sec will reset, which it does and everything works afterwards till it does it again. I'd like to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd like to point out to that sometimes it just blows hot air as well, and I cannot control the temp. I've tried looking on the forum but can't seem to find similar threads that are related to this. Would this mean my electronic climate control module is on the fritz?
