Heated mirrors and wireless charging

I’m looking to purchase a factory wireless charger for my 2019 rebel that didn’t come with one. Just wondering if this is an option to install or if it’s something that has to be done from factory. Also looking to install heated mirrors since that was one of the few options it came without. If anyone can point me in any sort of right direction it would be greatly appreciated

The wireless charger can be added yourself, but the dealer has to flash the code for it to work.

I bought an obd scanner to clear a cpl. codes a while back so I wonder if I could use that to enable add-ons I install myself like wireless charging and led bed lights.

A scanner won't be able to enable options, look into ALPHA OBD instead
