Seriously, most wheel covers are insulators. The thinner, more dense it is, the better the heat transfer.

Cody, you're a young man in Ole Miss. What in the world do you need a heated steering wheel for? It was 9 F. at my house today so, don't you dare say it gets cold in Mississippi. LoL

What did you end up using, Cody? My steering wheel is starting to deteriorate and I want to cover it before it's too late..... I also want to keep the heat!
