Heater Control Cable Discontinued Now What?

I could not get the heat to turn off. When the dash was pulled back the heat control cable was popped off the door lever, the lock clip had broken off. Cable is discontinued from Mopar but is there any aftermarket replacement?

Good idea, I'd Google the part number and check with the Mopar on-line vendors to see availability. You might check Rock Auto and the other usual suspects on-line also.

Well I was able to use a zip tie and secure the end. Just bugs me that parts are becoming obsolete. I thought rust would be the deciding factor to sell her.
