Hey all,
I think my heater core (2017 ram 6.4 with dual climate control) maybe clogged. I have Luke warm air coming out of the drivers side and normal hot air from the passenger side. I want to do a reverse flush. Since I have dual climate, do I have two hoses going into the firewall and one out? Or one in, one out.

My attached picture, are both one and two inlets (both are hot btw) and three out (cold)? Or just one and two in and out?

Thanks in advance.

There is just two hoses, one in/one out.
The dual zone climate control is done with blend dampers. The one you have labeled #3 is the AC low side hose.
As for the plugged coil, it's seems to be effecting the HD trucks, some say it's casting sand but it happens to trucks with either engine (they're built at different plants).

I believe when your engine is up to temperature, turn the HVAC up to full heat
I forget if the fan should be on high or what

the colder hose, will be your return line

...................................................................

There is a RESET on some HVAC Controls
It has something to do with pressing 2 buttons for something like 10 seconds

Someone may know the proper sequence
