Heater hose configuration

back in the summer I disconnected my heater hoses when i did a core flush. was wondering today if i had them backward. I have the hose coming from the top of the core going to the black pipe on the water pump ( the one closest to the radiator), and the one closest to engine block going to the bottom of the heater core, is this the correct routing ?

@Highway , not sure if my 2017 is routed the same, but here's the stock setup. Looks like you are correct, top hose leads to the black metal pipe. The lower connects directly to the water pump.
