I just recently bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic bighorn, crew cab with 9500 miles on it for 27,000. V8, 6’2 bed. Shop around man those deals are bad.

Too bad I'm up here in Canada ... I just traded my 2017 Longhorn in on January 31 for a new 2020 Longhorn ... My 2017 has the options you are looking for and then some, including heated and cooled from seats, heated rear seats, air suspension, Navigation, heated steering wheel, etc ... I only used synthetic oil and it had less than 27,000 kilometres on it, which is around 16,000 miles ... and the dealers asking price is around $26 k American ... Here's a pic of it ... So they are out there ... Good luck on your search (and it's still on the dealers lot)...

curious how much they gave you on the trade and how much they marked it up for re-sale. Very low kms on a 2017 beauty of a truck.

To the OP, I would pass on both and keep shopping. I bought my 2012 Bighorn in the spring of 2015 with 48,000km (30,000miles) so 3yrs old-it came with 5yrs left of extended warranty. It had new brakes, battery and brand new Cooper discoverer tires. $25,000 canadian was my price-no trade-in involved and paid cash. I still think I did well and has been absolutely trouble free-never used the extended warranty but was nice to have. Bighorn has so many extras that my previous truck did not but if you need more then go Laramie or Limited. I have zero regrets on mine and still call it my NEW truck.(2012).DSC00560.JPG

I too am a first time Truck owner. After research I decided the Silverado was over priced, Ford too. Not a big fan of aluminum body either. Something else to think about.
Great deals on leases right now. I got a brand new 3019 Ram Warrior. Very sporty and a fantastic drive. I love the 3.6L V6. Fast, smooth and quiet. Good gas mileage too. I don’t trust the HEMI. Don’t need it either. My point is, after 42 mos least, I can buy it out at $17k. I’ll probably have about 25k miles on it. One owner. Total purchase just below 30K. I added all the good stuff on after purchase, saved a lot of money. Lease is a great way to go for a first time truck owner. Sorry for the lengthy text. Good luck.

My first truck. 2019 Ram Warrior. Don’t use a truck in the conventional way...bagged mulch etc. wanted a truck that drives like a car. This one is it. 42 mo lease. Less than 2k down (pre virus). Once lease is up I’ll have about 20- 23k miles on it. Buy out at end of lease is under $30k. Great looking truck. Lots of compliments. Good way to start as a first time truck owner. Make sure you like it before you actually buy it.

So, I am definitely passing on those two. The cheapest new I can find within 200 miles is a 2020 Big Horn for 41k. There are only 3 trucks with all the features I want, and honestly, since I don’t need to get a new truck at the moment, I will definitely hold out until I find the right deal. I will keep searching...

Hey, check out Carvana. I went to like 5 dealerships and tried private party too and could never find a fair price. Mine popped up on carvana one morning and bought it in 2 hours and they had it in my driveway in a couple days. AND.....they let you drive it a whole week (take it to a mechanic and have him look at it, I did...)

They will let you change your mind and cancel the whole deal no questions asked, and even let you try another truck.

I am not a sponsor, just had a great experience. Loving my truck.

They gave me $39 K for the trade ... I just checked the website and they now have it listed at $35,166 (Canadian $'s) ... I guess the virus issue is forcing them to take a bit of a loss ...
