help diablo tuner says not compatable

I currently have the 91 octane installed on my truck I went to adjust the fan remps levels and now my tuner or saying my truck is not supported and I cannot access anything on the tuner I will not let me restore to original backup change parameters or install another tune

I've seen that happen before. Are you using the InTune, DCX1000 or a Predator? There is a "Force" function on some of them.

Your best bet is to call DiabloSport in the morning.

It's dcx I tried the force option but it says there is no backup stored
