So my 2014 Laramie was in storage and some animals ruined some of the wiring going to the front wheels. I can drive it, but I can tell somethings not right. I changed wheels and larger tires, but used factory wheel sensors on new (factory type) wheel and tire combo.

I am getting warning lights.
1) Service Anti-Lock Brake System
2) Service Electronic Braking system
3) The Brake Warning Light is on

My front brakes get overly hot on my test drives.

Can I bypass these systems so I can get estimates for the repair?

Thanks

Probably the ABS sensors wires, you better replace those first before you drive it maybe have it towed, or you can replace them if you're mechanically inclined, you're going to have to get those CEL cleared that's why your brakes are acting crazy.

I'd like to unplug the harnesses, but I can't get the combination right.
Or pull a fuse so the electric braking is bypassed?

Seems like I can feel something when I first apply the brakes, and let off.. but not enough drag to noticeably slow the vehicle. And it feels normal to coast or manually downshift. I know don't trust what you read on the net. But if I can make it till Monday, I am getting estimates. To repair.....

There are two fuses for the ABS module on a 2013 (06/40A and 26/30A) so I'd guess it's similar on a '14. Pull them to disable the ABS and with it all wrong sensor readings that might affect traction control and stability control.

Thanks. I just checked the manual and they are the same fuses.
I'll try it in the morning.

You should be able to pull the F26 fuse to disable the ABS/Traction Control. Some guys do this while going off road so the system doesn't inhibit wheel spin.
