Help Identify Seat Covers

I recently bought a used 2020 1500 and the seats were covered with these seat covers.

The covers are very nice but I'm not sure it's the best use of them since my truck has ventilated leather seats. I would like to sell the seat covers but I'm not sure how to price them - I can't find them online anywhere.

I am hoping someone here can help me identify the brand of these seat covers.

Is there any sort of tag on them inside the cover?

I only found one tag but it looks like it's for the wrong item. It looks like a tag for clothing.

looks like cheap amazon or walmart specials. looks like they just sit on top of the seats

They are definitely not 100 cotton as per that label! How on earth did that get on a seat cover………
