Just got a new 2013 1500 on Saturday. Today the scrolling icons near the dash display are completely missing. Also the arrow is not correctly positioned. I'll post pics for y'all to see and if anyone has seen this please let me know how to fix it. Thanks for your help guys!

I would try disconnecting the battery for a while and see what happens. Maybe needs to reboot.

Problem Solved

I let the truck sit for about 30 minutes, went back out and turned her on to find that everything was working properly. I just had to reconfigure the display screen items.

Don't know what caused it, and don't know what fixed it.

I hate that right arrow to change to km/h thing. I wish there was a way to shut it off. Would make the dash look better.

One more example of electronic gremlins, perhaps as a result of a low battery charge state. Use a trickle charger overnight, bring the battery up and most of your problems might disappear. Many reports of various accessory malfunctions are a result of one or more "conditions" not being met and the computer either shutting things down or not opening them at all. Remote start and lowering are the most common options affected. One other thing, just like your computer, when all else fails ... reboot. Shut 'er down, disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and then reconnect. Miraculous.
