Take it from someone who had both. The Toyo will out last the Nitto by 3x. You won't be sorry.

With the 2500's you gotta watch those tires. I got 20K from Nitto.

What works on 1500s will NOT work good on these heavy trucks. I had the CTD.
I have 15k on my ridge grap and they are barely worn at all. Not sure why you had that issue.

The nittos are always hit or miss on people’s opinions on milage

The toyos almost always have good milage reviews.

But i wont lie,

The ridge grapplers look really cool and may be worth a shot if you like the looks.

The truck is 2018 ram 2500 with 6.4 hemi I have the 3in therun front springs and 1 in rear spacers the offset that comes on the 20x10 is -24 I hope these don’t rub and don’t stick out to far I like a little but not a crap load ! I was thinking of the 20x9 with 0 offset as well lol I’m so undecided !
Mine are 20x10 -12 and a 12.5 wide tire mine are past the stock flares. I think it looks good but is a giant PITA to keep clean. Doing over I would go a 0 offset. After market flares or old man flaps are in my future for sure.

Thanks them are some nice looking tires ! I like the way the tires sit in the wells . The wheels I’m looking at have either 0 offset in 20x9 or -24 offset in 20x10 . That’s it

Tough decision I think to have -24 you would want aftermarket pocket flares. Or maybe find different wheels. Took me 5 months to find a set I thought looked good. First day I had them on my truck I found some i liked better but that is the way it goes

I have 20x10 -24 offset with 305 55 20 Fuel AT. I'm just shy of 30000 miles on them and I still have plenty of tread left. I'm kind of surprised of how well the tires are wearing. They have handled well in all conditions and are quiet. I believe they make them in a 35 12.50 also. Just my input.

I’ve heard that Cummins motors w the weight on the front end tends to eat tires vs the weight of the Hemi which seems to not have that issue

they really arent loud and performance in snow is far better than acceptable...

especially for $220 each

Interesting theory, tried to find specs on engine weights but couldn’t find anything.

I have Cooper at3s on my 16, they do great in Montana's winter weather.

My 11 has got the crapyear SRAs. So far this winter, in Montana, Minnesota and Iowa I have not gotten stuck or had any issues. Absolutely surprised by this but will replace them with Coopers when worn out.

The Cooper's wear well and make the truck feel more stable

When it came time to get new tires (I got very good performance and was happy with the Goodyear OEM tires) I switched to Toyo Open Country AT 2's and have been very pleased with them. They are smooth & quite and traction is very good. I have not noticed any decrease in fuel mileage over the OEM tires. They are warranted for 65,000 miles which I like (Consumer Reports say their wear test on this tire should result in a 75,000 mile life). I like them!

I live in Ontario, Canada so know about your issues for snow and ice … I use the Cooper Discoverer AT/W tires on my truck … I had then on my previous Ram as well … They are excellent in the snow and ice, and since they are classified as an "all weather" tire (not all-season) they work well all year round even on wet roads … I'm not sure if they come in the size you are looking for.

I got the Nitto Ridge Grapplers a few months ago and so far like them a lot. We had quite a bit of snow over the past month or so and they got around pretty good. The only issue I had was not having enough weight in the back to help them dig in but once I put a few hundred lbs of sandbags in the bed I was good. I can't comment much on wear as i've only had them a few months but i will say they are really quiet considering they're a moderatly aggrssive AT tire. The

I've used Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2's exclusively for many years on my 2005 Ram 2500 CTD my former XJ Cherokee and love them. Aggressive tread that bites extremely well, they wear like iron, and are super quiet. Only 4wd tires I'll ever buy.

wouldnt a truck with the cummins have a different tire?

I know when you order level/lift kits they specify which engine you got since the weight is different but being a car manufacturer they won’t think like that but give you tires that fit all. I mean I driven a Cummins and the front end just felt very heavy vs my Hemi 6.4 ram 2500 which feels light in comparison. Personally they should put different tires on the Cummins since the weight difference compared to a Hemi is a few hundred pounds constantly on those tires
